Rev. Dr. Mark Hillmer, Interim Pastor

Pilgrim Lutheran Church welcomes Rev. Mark Hillmer as Interim Pastor.  Dr. Hillmer is a retired professor from Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN.

Curt Hanson, Office Manager and Senior Choir Director

Senior Choir Director Curtis Hanson has been a professional musician, voice teacher, music educator, and choir director for thirty years.  He has served as a church choir director in Louisville, Colorado and in Duluth prior to beginning his service to Pilgrim Lutheran Church in February 2001.  He is a published choral composer and is well known in the Twin Ports music community as a singer, teacher, director, and composer.  In 2007 he began serving the Pilgrim congregation as office manager.  Hanson lives in Proctor, Minnesota with his wife, Brenda, and their two children, Eric and Evan.

Esther Anderson, Lay Ministry Coordinator

Esther Anderson is the Lay Ministry Coordinator for Pilgrim joining the staff in 2007.

Karen Lee, Housekeeping Custodian

Cedric Johnson, Maintenance

Karen Lee from Lake Nebagamon has been custodian at Pilgrim since 2002.  Cedric Johnson recently joined the staff as maintenance engineer.

Todd Sletten, Organist

Todd Sletten has been a church musician for over 40 years serving churches in the Twin Ports area.  He has been organist at Pilgrim since 2001.
